What a great day to be an Rotarian.

What a great day to be a Rotarian.  We were thrilled to have so many in the house, live and on Zoom.  We celebrated the 116 Rotary Anniversary.  Can you believe it?  116 years of world wide Rotarian efforts that have changed the lives of so many.  THANK YOU Rotarians!!!

Brenda read a quote from Holger Knaack, RI President. “Every new member changes us a little bit.  That person brings new perspective, new experiences.  We need to embrace this constant renewal.  We will grow stronger as we learn from new members.”  Sunrise Rotary has welcomed several new members over this year.  We are thankful for having you join us.  Your engagement and commitment to Rotary will enhance our club.

The club voted “Yes” to sponsor a buckle for 4-H Showmanship.  RYLA will not be held this year and this is our chance to benefit young youth in our community.

The Noon Rotary Club is sponsoring a raffle for a chance to win a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport or $20,000, second place is $1,000 and third place is $500.  Tickets can be bought on line through the Cheyenne Noon Rotary Club website.

Jim outlined service projects coming up.  Our next service project will help Safe House.  Jim will put out information.  March 13th we will need volunteers for pick ups.

Jean Krause, Old West Museum, gave a wonderful presentation.  Did you know that the Old West Museum has day camps for the youth, Artist Shows, gives organized tours, is in need of volunteers to help at the museum, and is their own separate 501c3?  What a golden gem for the Cheyenne community.  Thank you Jean.

Have a great week my friends.
