What a Great day to be a Rotarian:
What we do as a club, matters!
We met at the Friday Food Bag location and we helped 65 other people shuffle food into bags and readied for distribution around Laramie County. It is such a "pride" moment to know that we come together as Rotarian's to help better the lives of those we share neighborhoods with, work with and live with in Cheyenne. Rotary has a heart - a really, really big heart.
Afterwards we met at Uncle Charlie's and discussed life over a beer and appetizers. Amazing what you learn while relaxed and full. Doc Gondalia stole the night with his interesting stories of his past and how he ended up in Cheyenne. Thank you Doc for sharing. You really traveled the road less traveled to get here and we are lucky you joined Sunrise Rotary.
